Wolf Performing Arts Center Summer Theatre Camp

Summer Theatre Camp at Wolf Performing Arts Center offers three different performing arts day programs for rising K – 12th graders of all skills levels to build their character, confidence and creativity in a safe, supportive environment. One and Two weeks sessions are offered from June 18 – August 24. Camp runs 9am-4pm with before and after care available.
Wolf CUBS (rising K – 2nd grade) offers all one-week sessions that focus on a story and culminate in an original show for family and friends to enjoy! Using books from local authors and familiar stories such as Thumbelina, Pinocchio and Rapuzel, CUB campers will explore storybook characters through scenes, songs, and dances.
Wolf PAC (rising 3rd-8th grade) offers one-and-two weeks sessions throughout the summer. PAC campers will build their musical theatre skills while working as an ensemble to create a final performance. One-week sessions feature a review-style performance; two-week sessions feature 2 different casts who perform fully-staged Broadway musicals.
Wolf HIGH (rising 9th-12th grade) campers will enhance their performance skills through scene work, develop their acting technique and explore some of the backstage, technical aspects of theatre. They split their day evenly between the Actors Lab and working with younger campers as Counselors-in-Training. They will be mentored by our professional staff of Teaching Artists, lending their experience and talents to help in rehearsals, activities throughout the camp day and run the technical aspects of each performance. Our two-week sessions feature a variety of scene work ranging from classical to contemporary pieces, performed at the end of the second week.
