Family Fit and Fun offers fun outdoor classes. There is a challenging fitness class for moms and a separate fun class for preschool age kids at the same time and location. The moms get fit the kids have fun!

The classes are separate, so mom's don't have to have a preschooler to come workout and for mom's just looking for a fun activity for their 3-6 year old, they can just watch the kid's class if they don't want to workout.
