Harris Nature Center

Surrounded by forest and meadows, the Harris Nature Center is set on the south bank of the Red Cedar River. Inside the building, rotating exhibits forcus on the river and animals inclucing turtles, snakes and frogs on display. A variety of programs and events are offered year-round. Major events are Winter Wonderland in January, Wildflower Festival in May, Nature Connection Summer Camp and Halloween Adventures in October.
