Peace Valley Nature Center, a Bucks County facility, is an environmental education center and sanctuary that includes 750 acres of land. Along fifteen miles of nature trails surrounding Lake Galena, visitors can visit diverse habitats and spot birds, animals, tracks, and abundant plant life. The nature center is designated as an IBA (Important Birding Area) by the National Audubon Society and visitors can enjoy bird watching from trails or from one of two bird blinds.
In Peace Valley Nature Center’s Solar Building, guests can visit the Sunflower Gift Shop and benefit from educational displays.
A variety of educational programs include Saturday morning bird walks, singles walks, night hikes, and birthday parties. Visit www.peacevalleynaturecenter.org for updated program information.
