Did you know that the NASA astronaut who holds the record for the most days in space is Peggy Whitson? She is a biochemist who has even commanded the International Space Station - twice! Explore the diverse and unique people throughout history and today that have contributed to our vast current knowledge of STEM topics. Create a digital display about a STEM hero of your choice that will be showcased at the annual 2018 HiTech STEM Conference this fall, and help inspire the next generation of STEM heroes! Register once for all five sessions. Registration required. Ages 11-18.
