It’s never too early to start STEM and robotics. FIRST Lego League Jr. (FLL Jr.) offers the opportunity for young students to work in a team to learn programming, engineering, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Interested? World Championship-winning robotics team Wizards.exe is offering an 8 session FLL Jr. program at the Rockville Memorial Library for students in grades K-3. Participants will explore a real-world scientific problem -- this year space -- by building and programming a motorized LEGO model which demonstrates a solution to a space-related problem. At the end of the session, teams come together at an expo to talk to other teams, present to reviewers, and receive recognition for their work.
