Howard County General Hospital will offer Youth Mental Health First Aid virtually. Participants will learn how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health or addiction challenge in a self-paced online course before participating in an instructor-led class using Zoom. Class is free and includes a digital manual.
